This is not just any restaurant - this is a whole main character moment.

There’s only one place on Earth where a little beast casually strolls past you as you’re mid-sip of your French onion soup and curtsies like you’ve just been seated at a royal banquet.

Welcome to Be Our Guest, Disney World’s most iconic dining experience inside Magic Kingdom, where you don’t just eat - you step into the very heart of the Beauty and the Beast movie and dine like actual French royalty.

Step Inside the Fairytale

The ambiance is nothing short of enchanting.

Picture this: you’re led through towering castle doors, chandeliers glimmer overhead, and the ceilings stretch high with murals of twinkling stars.

You can choose to dine in the Grand Ballroom with its iconic chandeliers and snow-frosted windows, the mysterious West Wing draped in shadows and flickering lights, or the serene Rose Gallery.

And just when you think it couldn’t get any more magical, the Beast himself makes his rounds, offering nods and waves as if you’re a guest at his grand banquet. If there was ever a place to fully indulge your inner main character, this is it.

The Menu: A Three-Course Feast

The experience is a three-course affair, and every dish feels like it was plucked straight from the hands of Lumière himself.

Starters: A Taste of France

To start, I opted for the French Onion Soup, which arrived bubbling and crowned with a thick layer of melted cheese.

You know when you take that first spoonful and you’re just pulling strings of cheese for days? That was this. But despite its cheesiness, the soup itself wasn’t too heavy - rich and comforting without tipping into overpowering.

Alongside, we ordered the Tuna Tartare with Olive Tapenade, and let me tell you, this was something special.

The tuna chunks were generous and fresh, practically melting in your mouth. Paired with the salty kick of the olive tapenade, it was a light yet flavour-packed start.

The Main Event: Filet Mignon Perfection

When it came time for the main course, our waiter highly recommended the Filet Mignon.

Look, when a waiter at a place like this recommends something, you listen. And I’m so glad we did.

The steak arrived perfectly cooked, seared with that ideal crust on the outside and buttery soft within. One glance at my friend and I realised she’d practically inhaled her entire plate.

Not a word was spoken between us for a solid ten minutes - a true testament to how good it was.

You know that universal sign of incredible food? Silence at the table. We were locked in, fully immersed, every bite better than the last.

The Finale: Grey Stuff and Macaron Magic

As if we hadn’t been spoiled enough, dessert arrived: a Raspberry Macaron with Grey Stuff and a Chocolate Truffle.

Now, if you’re not familiar, the Grey Stuff isn’t just delicious - it’s iconic. And it did not disappoint.

But I have to say, the macaron stole the show for me. Light, not too sweet, with just the right amount of tartness. The perfect ending to a fairytale meal.

Choose Your Dining Room: Grand Ballroom, West Wing, or Rose Gallery

The art-filled Rose Gallery

A little tip - if you don’t dine in the Grand Ballroom, there are two other beautifully themed rooms: the dark and moody West Wing and the art-filled Rose Gallery.

The Beast makes his regal visits to all three throughout the evening, adding a touch of magic wherever he goes.

Dark and moody West Wing

Worth the Price?

Look, I won’t sugarcoat it - this place is a splurge. But honestly? I’d do it all over again.

From the ambiance to the food to that little thrill of seeing the Beast stride through like he owns the place (which, to be fair, he does), Be Our Guest is more than just a meal.

It’s stepping into a storybook, if only for a few enchanted hours.
